ESPN picks up Spanish League Empty ESPN picks up Spanish League

ESPN has picked up around 25 games from Spain for this up coming season. Hopefully we don't need to listen to Tommy but I think we will.

ya ESPN2 will be showing 20 matches and ESPN360.com will be showing a couple matches every single match weekend so i can't wait! Cope del Rey will also be shown on 360 as well so it should be easy to watch matches outside of the Prem this season!

I'm so excited for this. I can't decide if it makes up for losing the CL, but I think I'll really enjoy it just because it's a fresh change. Also, maybe w/ the CL on FSC, more basic cable packages will start to include it (FSC). Hey, it worked w/ NESN here in New England when it bought rights to show 95% of Red Sox games.

ya i don't know why they got rid of FSC in the basic cable package and made it a premium channel...so stupid. if we get that back then we will have Prem matches on ESPN, La Liga matches on ESPN2 and even more matches on FSC!!! The US would really start to get in the soccer/football mood hopefully! I know i would!
