Darren Ferguson
As an American, it takes something special for me to follow a Championship team. Like our long time assistant coach at New England Revolution (who functions more like a co-head coach w/ Nicol), Paul Mariner going to Plymouth.
I followed Peterborough for about a year under Darren Ferguson, and was disappointed when he was sacked. Now he's BACK w/ Preston North End. Guy's a beast. He just has a very cool temperament that I really like in a manager, one similar to his dad's but even better, which is saying something. I hope we see them (and Ferguson) in the Premier League in the next couple seasons, preferably while Sir Alex is still around so we can see them face off against each other.

Yeah you could say I support Preston now. Thanks for that info, and I'll try to watch a few games. Fergie's gonna take them to the top. I'm talking Brian Clough style. Premier League champs by about 2014/15.

Re: Darren Ferguson
Sean St Ledger looks like a quality player. I miss the days of Brian McBride leading the way for PNE.
