The Return of Ronaldinho Empty The Return of Ronaldinho

Post by Mike Diamente Sun Jan 17, 2010 9:12 pm

If any of you missed the game, or haven't seen the highlights yet, AC Milan defeated Siena 4-0 in Serie A.

Ronaldinho was simply amazing in the game as he scored a hat trick, and looks like he is very close to being back at top form...

His 3rd goal in the game is worthy of being shown alongside any one of his goals...

I must say...it looks like this guy is back. Unreal. He's been improving each and every game.

To me he still doesn't run the midfield the way Xavi runs it...I mean no one does, but Ronaldinho in particular just isn't that type of war general. His decision making isn't that good. He just does whatever he wants, usually choosing the selfish option, and doesn't run much or even try to read the game. He's been more successful lately, but personally I'm not as impressed as most people seem to be. The guy I'm liking on Milan is Boriello.

It is Pirlo, not Ronaldinho's job to run the midfield like Xavi....

However, Pirlo has not played to his usual form this season, which has caused Dinho to play a more prominent role....

Okay, your Pirlo-Xavi point is pretty good. But nevertheless, I don't give him quite as much credit as popular press has been doing.

Ronaldinho's performance against Inter will certainly bring the hype back down to earth
