Wayne Rooney
He's in the form of his life - he just can't stop scoring. Anyone else think he can lead the Prem in goals this season and put up 30+ goals?
Re: Wayne Rooney
You avin a laugh..hahaahahahah
He gets 'hot spots' then goes cold whereas his hero Ronaldo can keep scoring..or he could last season.

Re: Wayne Rooney
Previously that's been true of Rooney's career, but it appears he might have turned a corner. With a consistent strike partner, Wayne has already begun to show consistency both on the club AND international level - something he's never done before.
Re: Wayne Rooney
Oh ok,
Lets look at this topic again at season end admin.
As long as he does'nt score any goals against us I am happy to see him score in every game..so selfish...lolol.

Re: Wayne Rooney
If Rooney isn't going to lead the league in scoring then who can? It looks like Ronaldo is taking up a more traditional role as a winger. Berbatov might be one to watch in the golden boot race.
Re: Wayne Rooney
Berbatov won't be up there. He never is, and i don't see how this season will change things. I'm going for someone like Defoe. No surprise you've only looked at Man u options though...

Re: Wayne Rooney
If he carries on surely it will be Zaki? If he can pop them past the likes of Liverpool then he must be a contender, also what about Robinho when he gets settled?

Re: Wayne Rooney
Zaki will be bought by a big club and then fail for the rest of the season, it's inevitable. Robinho maybe next year, can't see an awful lot from him though this year.
