TWO premiership devision?

Apparently proposals are going to be drawn up that could have a premiership of 36 teams, split into 18 teams in a league. What would you guys think about this? It would eliminate need for a winter break anyway.

It's just what they did years ago when they came up with the premier league, so they could have two division 1's and remove div 4. so we get prem league 1+2 and champion 1+2, makes no difference what you call the league, will still be the same teams

Exactly my point, there isn't one, only thing i can think is to make the lesser teams feel a bit better about themselve's by being in a "premier" league
