Brazil embarassed by Argentina
0-0 at halftime but Argentina meant business in the second half. Sergio Aguero grabbed two goals (one was a handball) and Riquelme scored from the penalty spot. Brazil showed their lack of class as they got two players sent off for blatantly Argentina's players.
Re: Brazil embarassed by Argentina
Messi was dominant. Whenever he touched the ball, the only thing Brazil could do was foul him. Even with back to goal once they were ahead. Once in a while I run into someone with a Brazil jersey at work. Should be interesting if it happens today as I'm wearing Argentina Messi.
ps I wish Messi took the pk because he was the star of the game as far as I'm concerned despite Aguero's 2 goals (neither of which was that fantastic). The only thing missing from the game was a goal from him. w/e tho can't complain too much

You could tell he wanted to take that penalty too. Riquelme just pulled rank on him.

I wish Brazil had got knocked out sooner... United could do with having Anderson back.

Some English papers are reporting that Anderson will be back for the match against Portsmouth. It helps that we aren't playing until Monday.

People forget there was a time where Argentina were the dominant force in international football, could be coming back to them again
