Re: Who will win?
Watched the Arsenal game and wished all the time that Inter would score!
Shame, although i still think Inter will see off united somehow at Old Trafford. Arsenal didn't do enough but they will stil be comfortable at Roma; Roma were absolutely terrible. Gunners of old would have scored dozens.
Right you are about Yossi. What a complete legend! Never have a bad word said against him

Re: Who will win?
Going into the 2nd leg, let's predict who will move on to the next round. In parentheses are the scores going into the 2nd leg. My choices are bolded:
Porto v. Atletico (2-2)
Barcelona v. Lyon (1-1)
Roma v. Arsenal (0-1)
Manchester United v. Inter (0-0)
Liverpool v. Real Madrid (1-0)
Juventes v. Chelsea (0-1)
Panathinaikos v. Villareal (1-1)
Bayern v. Sporting (5-0)
Thoughts?
Porto v. Atletico (2-2)
Barcelona v. Lyon (1-1)
Roma v. Arsenal (0-1)
Manchester United v. Inter (0-0)
Liverpool v. Real Madrid (1-0)
Juventes v. Chelsea (0-1)
Panathinaikos v. Villareal (1-1)
Bayern v. Sporting (5-0)
Thoughts?
Re: Who will win?
I didn't see the Sporting game, but wow! 5 goals in one half. There's no excuse for that.
I like Porto's chances here.
I'm still sticking with Inter. They were outplayed in the first half, United dominated. I thought the second half was pretty even. A game that United should've won, but they didn't. Good game.

Re: Who will win?
Taylor, I've got a few prediction disagreements. Here are mine.
Porto < Atletico
Barca > Lyon
Roma < Arsenal
Man United < Inter
Liverpool > Real Madrid
Juve < Chelsea
Panathinaikos < Villareal
Bayern > Sporting
Thoughts on the first legs:
Awesome games: United/Inter, Liverpool/Madrid.
Decent games: Lyon/Barca, Chelsea/Juve (both of which I watched distractedly during the 2 games in the "awesome" category listed above).
Games I did not watch: The rest. ps. I love how Maxi Rodriguez is now going with "Maxi" on his jersey.

Re: Who will win?
Anybody want to change predictions last-minute? I'm worried about Inter without Burdisso and Materazzi, but for the sake of being a genius if my original prediction is correct, im sticking with 1-1 to put Inter thru. Also, looks like Gerrard is starting and Torres may actually play, combined w/ Liverpool coming off a win and Madrid a draw, does anybody on the Madrid side want to jump ship? It's still okay to change your mind as long as the game hasn't started. Even Arsenal are in great form w/ Eduardo back, and I'm pretty sure I heard of a key injury for Roma although I can't think of it at the moment.
Anyone?

Re: Who will win?
Champions League 2nd Legs are back on Wednesday!
Who are your picks to move on?
Mine are:
Arsenal
Manchester United
Chelsea
Barcelona
The only reason I'm choosing United is because there have been plenty of times that i have really thought that united would lose and fergie goes and proves me wrong. Although i'm nervous about the match on wednesday, i am feeling good about it.

Re: Who will win?
No chance pini. Liverpool will probably lose again in the 2nd leg. barca and arsenal will move on, but united is a much better team than porto and they will be ready for the 2nd leg. they will be all business on wednesday.
Re: Who will win?
pini I'll give you the possibility of Porto beating Man U...
However there is absolutely no way that Liverpool goes to London and beats Chelsea by 3 goals...not going to happen

Re: Who will win?
Drogba has been amazing today!
1st goal = he scored
2nd goal = he got fouled which led to Alex's goal
3rd goal = a great assist to Lampard who found the back of the net
WOW! Take that Liverpool!
