What does everybody think about what has been happening so far during the transfer window?

Been a bit boring to be honest. The January transfer window is never as exciting as the summer one, and all we've seen so far is the Wayne Bridge transfer.

It looks like Arsenal and City will be the biggest spenders this month, but we'll have to see if the papers are right.

Pompey fans certainly won't have enjoyed the month so far.

Personally, (being a City fan) I have been disappointed so far. Mark Hughes promised the club would be spending big in the window, however as of now, he has spent just £11 million on Chelsea's Wayne Bridge.

I am hoping in the weeks to come that this improves and City can bring several big name players to Eastlands.

Very true, but they are said to be chasing Roque Santa Cruz, Craig Bellamy and Scott Parker, so they could be bringing a few more in.

i am upset because of this new Toure leaving rumour.

Toure is one of my fav players at arsenal, and maybe this season he isn't doing his best (like the rest of the team), we should just either put in Djourou more or buy a new defender (Yes Wenger, I am looking at you, use the BUY option you have please).

I completely agree with you, Faraaz. Toure is absolute class - extremely fast, a rocket of a shot, and rarely gets beat by attackers. I'm not sure what's going on with him, but surely he is better than Gallas?

Yeah Toure is an excellent player and he is one player I sure wouldn't mind him arriving at City this month! Laughing
