Portsmouth v Manchester City make-up
Saturday will see the only Premiership football of the weekend. Pompey and Man City will play their make-up match from when the pitches were frozen. I think that Man City can definitely get some points out of this one. Portsmouth just look miserable, especially after the Liverpool match.
What does everybody else think?

Re: Portsmouth v Manchester City make-up
The above-all biggest flaw with City this season is consistency when it comes to winning games that they should win. And let's face it-- this is a game they should win. A lopsided win Saturday will be a very good sign in that respect.

I completely agree. I'm assuming that they will play well, but we definitely have seen that they don't step it up in matches they should win.

Wasn't the last pompey-city match like 7-0 or something to City?

Ya City won 6-0 at the City of Manchester Stadium...i don't think it'll be the same the 2nd time around.

I know Pompey are playing terribly, but i don't think they will allow it in front of the home crowd.
Re: Portsmouth v Manchester City make-up
I see a Man City win here, and when they win, they tend to win pretty damn big. Portsmouth have pretty much nothing at the back, I don't expect they'll be able to cope even whilst being spurred on by their fans

Wow. Did anybody see that coming? Did anybody watch it? (I didn't.) All I can say is, Manchester City is an enigma.

I watched it in awe. This City side is unbelievably inconsistent.

And coming off a great game for Robinho and Elano for Brazil you might have thought they'd turned a corner.
