Tottenham 1-2 Sunderland

Watching the Spurs game at the moment. Aaron Lennon is looking really good down the right hand side. I think Bentley and Modric feel crowded with each other...they both pop up in the same areas a lot.

Sunderland aren't looking as good as they did against Liverpool, but we'll see what the rest of the match brings.

0-0 in the 26th minute.

Fantastic result for Sunderland! Welcome back to the Prem, Djibril Cisse. He proved today why he was once viewed as an excellent prospect.

Yet again Tottenham fail deliver on a lot of promise going into new season. This whole Berbatov matter seems to be creating an awful cloud over their season. Need to get it out the way quickly if they are to pick up some points.

Of course, knowing spurs, won't be long before they have a new manager...
