Redknapp Tips United

After the Carling Cup loss yesterday, Harry Redknapp said that he believes Manchester United will sweep all of the trophies this year. That would be an amazing quintuple plus the Community Shield = the sextuple?

either way, that is a huge order to fill. i am a United fan and I still don't think they will. i think they will miss out on one trophy, either FA Cup or Champs League.

Thoughts about Redknapp's comments?

Let me just say also that I don't think he is playing mind games with Sir Alex because they genuinely respect each other and are great friends, so those are my thoughts on the comments.

I have to say i can't stand Man U and i hope they don't win them all, but from a football view the only one i can see them possibly losing is Champs League, depending on who they meet.

agreed, but the reason i say the FA Cup as a possibility is because they will also be dealing with the Champs League and will probably be playing youngsters in the FA Cup, so they could end their chances there, although the youngsters have played very well this season give the expectations that have been placed on them.

I didn't see Redknapp say that, but it's a typical Redknapp comment to deflect blame from his team, as if, it's not our fault we came up against a team destined to win everything this year.
